It's been so long ago, but I think of you all the time man
You and me became best friends in the blink of an eye. I remember every damn thing we did together. I found and old picture today and it took me down memory lane. Rest easy, Justin B. Aka just-in-time.

Still think of you often and with much fondness and love. I have never been able to fully process what happened, even all these years later. You will never be forgotten JRB. Your life on earth was way too short but I will look forward to seeing you, and laughing with you, one day dear friend.

HEY BABY! I HAVENT WRITTEN ON HERE YET CAUSE IT IS REALLY HARD. the last few years we spent together were....hmm...cant really explain! From when we were first best buds, then, you pulled a "sneak atttack" and kissed me,after that we were glued at the hip ever since. I was so lucky to have you as a bestfriend and boyfriend for so long, i still thank god everyday for bringing you into my life. I miss your contagious smile, your big hugs, standing on your feet while slow dancing, falling asleep with my head on your little belly and just a boat load of more things im going to keep personal. I miss you with all my heart and soul and still can't beleive you're not "down the street:)" i think about you all day and i find myself similing or just bursting out laughing!!! Then i think about how you always used to say "PUT YOUR TEETH BACK IN YOUR MOUTH BABE" when i was laughing real hard! Well Justin, you will be remembered. Your short time here on our island will not be forgotten, and I am glad that you have a fitting monument to attest to that. The living tree where you perished will stand forever, and I feel that is symbolic of your thirst for life. I pass by there everyday, and everytime I do you will be thought of- so in a way, You also will be with us forever.

I always envied the way you lived your life. you lived a full and happy one, and you lived it the way you wanted. thank you for the summer of 2003. i will always have those memories nestled deep in my heart, and no one can ever take them away. more people should live as freely and as beautifully as you lived.

Dont think of him as gone away his journeys just begun.. life holds so many facets this earth is only one. Just think of him as resting from the sorrows and the tears in a place of warmth and comfort where there are no days and years. And think of him as living in the hearts of those he touched..for nothing loved is ever lost, and he was loved so much.

When I heard the news, the only thing I pictured in my head was you and I eating McDonald's at Brianna's. I have never met someone that can turn every event into an ADVENTURE! I remember those times in Algebra 2 when you and John made me laugh endlessly. Every time I'm on my bike, I stop and think about you and realize that the world has lost someone who spread a lot of love to a lot of people. I tell everyone I meet along my travels about what I think the definition of a good human being is, and my example now is you.. You inspired me to live my life freely because every time I came to a party and you were there, or passed me in the hallway at King, you were smiling and having a blast. You had a profound effect on my life my Sophmore and Junior year and I am hoping that I can affect my students lives as a high school teacher much like you did with the people around you every day.

Wow I don’t know where to begin… Just last week I was riding next to you downtown admiring your bike, commending you on wearing your helmet, and telling you to please be careful. You where the fun everyone new they could have just being in your presence. You accepted everyone and never judged anyone. You where such a great artist, friend, and so much more. I loved all the times we shared together from Camping with your alter ego Joe Dirt ;) to you asleep in the bumpy Jeep with Ty and I when we went to a party; than ran out of gas; and there is so many more memories. Everyone loved your carefree attitude, and spontaneous outfits and ways. You where such a joy to be around. I loved being your very own MULLET hair dresser, from cutting it at the races, to cutting it at the compound. You where so much fun and will never be forgotten. We all love you so much! Whenever I look up at the sun I think of you, and just picture the tattoo on your back of the sun with a buck tooth smile and it makes me laugh. You are forever embedded in my thoughts and memories, and I know you want us all to celebrate the good times we had with you! You will be missed but never forgotten! Xoxo Lo

Justin, I don't know you but I was there when you left this earth. For comfort sake Justin never felt a thing. I cried for you while praying you as well. Stoney, i dont even know where to begin. You were the goofiest, most carefree person i ever met. Thats not what made you special though. Its the way you made people feel when you were present. Noone felt like they were a stranger around you. From the moment i met you, you made an impact on my life, and ever since you've grown on me more and more. I can't believe the news I have just heard. We were each others best friends growing up until you made your way down to Tampa. We kept in touch for the longest time and visited each other as often as we could. These last couple of years we just got to busy I guess. After reading the writings from people who knew you I was truely touched. You never changed. Justin I love you and will miss you. I will never forget the great times we shared growing up together. I will keep all of the memories close to my heart that I have with you Justin. You were such a fun and positive person, that good memories of you are not hard to come by. From our church youth group trip to Islands of adventure not knowing it was gay pride day, to going night fishing together, you were always a joy to be around. I couldn't believe the news when I heard he passed away. I remember hopping on the back of the really little green bike as he pushed it along with his feet. I only knew Justin for a few months but I don't have a single bad memory about him. His family and the rest of his friends, and all those who feel the impact of this loss, are in my prayers.
