Kelly Tibbetts Obituary

TIBBETTS, Kelly 48, of Largo, passed away Dec. 4. She was a native of Winston Salem, NC. She was a receptionist for The Grand Villa and a Roman Catholic. Survivors include her husband of 28 years, Kent; her daughter, Evelyn Tibbetts; two sons, Clinton and Ross Tibbetts; her sister, Ann Garris; three brothers, Steve, Perry and Michael Garris; her mother, Patricia Garris; and her father, Bill Garris. Family & Friends,
During my Mother's last days she was being looked after by some Angels on Earth. If you should wish to make a donation to Hospice they are most deserving. I for one will never be able to thank them enough.
