Kimberly SETZER Obituary

SETZER, Kimberly Ann, 44 of Winter Garden, passed away on April 22, 2013. She was born in Homestead, PA on Feb 7, 1969 to John Kollar and Angel Cremeens and was later adopted by Don Setzer. Not only was Kim a loving mother, significant other, daughter and sister she was also a great friend, mentor. She was always focused on helping others and was often a surrogate mother to not only her siblings but also to other children who crossed her path. She enjoyed spending time with her precious daughter Mina, traveling with her family, entertaining in her home, dancing, finding bargains and she was always the life of the party. Although most people know Kim as a successful real estate agent, she started her career with a Bachelor of Social Work from St. Leo College, as a Medical Social Worker. She leaves to cherish her memory and celebrate her life: her daughter, Mina; significant other Deniz Turcan; father John Kollar and adopted father Don Setzer, mother Angel and husband Jim Cremeens. Her siblings Kristine Kollar-Klapisch, Angelique Carrier, Jason and Justin Setzer and their spouses Bob Klapisch, David Carrier, Joy and Christa Setzer and their families. A Celebration of Kim's Life will be held at 1:00pm, Saturday, April 27, at Presbyterian Church of the Lakes 4700 Lincoln Ave (At Conroy-Windermere Road) in Orlando. Kim's Daddi-o requests that everyone wear something purple, Kim's favorite color. Lunch will be provided. In Lieu of flowers, an account has been set up for Kim's daughter, Mina Turcan at TD Bank. I just heard the news today about Kim. I have known Kim for many years, and trained her while we were working for Century 21. She was truly an amazing person, and I was speechless when I heard about what happened.

Kim was 1 in a million, and that's not just a figure of speech. One thing that set Kim apart was the fact she was always there when you needed her, and one heck of a great realtor. One of the most hardest working agents I have ever met. She would go the extra mile for anyone she knew, or didn't know.No matter what the time or place, Kim was always there.

My prayers go out to her entire family. She always talked about her father, and her daughter was the shining star of her life.

Kim,I miss you very much, you were a great friend. God bless you and your entire family.

Sincerely,

Rishi Nair

I am speechless ... I met Kim back in the late 90's in our field of sr. healthcare and we became friends. We went on a girls trip to NYC together, a time I will cherish forever. Kim was full of life, vibrant and was guilty of loving/giving too much, a quality that made her so unique and special. She was an awesome friend, amazing mother and loved unconditionally. I am blessed to have known her and cherish all the memories - her laughter and beautiful smile that lit up any room too. I guess Kim's mission here on the earth was complete and her gift of life to little Mina will go on forever ... I am so sorry for the family - know that we are praying for you all and holding Kim's memories close at heart. Light n Love, The Gant Family (Darlene, Brian and Cameron)

OMG...we still cannot believe that Kim has left us!....We just saw her in February when she showed us a house for sale in Orlando.....she seemed SO happy that she was staring her own Realty Company, was dressed to impress, and I even complimented her red hair color and how pretty she looked.....We will greatly miss her!.....She talked to me some nights up until midnight giving me guidance with selling and buying a house!....We love you Kim!!

Words cannot express the pain, the sorrow, the loss, the emptiness Kim has left in all of us who loved her. Always offering herself, her home, her family to help! An amazingly giving, kind and thoughtful friend who put everyone else first before herself. She once told me "there isn't a problem that can't be solved"...I just wished I knew how to solve hers! She has left a big void in all our lives whom she touched! You are greatly loved and deeply missed.Your memory lives on in our hearts ..Your friend/client

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."

It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man.

God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.

When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.

I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.

There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.

If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.

So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.

And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.
