Michael Gerwe Obituary
passed away January 31, 2025. Mike was born on August 18, 1965, in Indianapolis, Indiana, to Joyce S. and Michael E. Gerwe, Sr. He is survived by his wonderful and caring family: parents, Mike and Joyce Gerwe; sister and brother-in-law, Lisa and Bill Alexander; nephews, Patrick (Julia) Alexander, Drew (Emily) Alexander, Cameron (Kierstin) Alexander, Trent Alexander; and great-nephews, Mason and Jack Alexander. Mike resided in Indianapolis and Omaha before settling in Tampa. After graduation from Plant High School and Wake Forest University, he held several jobs before permanently joining RES Marketing, Tampa – last as President of the company. Mike had memberships in Palma Ceia Golf & Country Club and Belleair Country Club. He and his family spent many occasions together on trips, cruises, and time at Belleair Beach. Per Mike's request, the family is having a private memorial service and celebration of life.
