Mike Koulouvaris Obituary

KOULOUVARIS, Mike In loving memory of Mike Koulouvaris, "my friend", 78, of Clearwater, who passed away peacefully in his home, surrounded by his family and friends. Mike is survived by his wife, Irene of 52 years; sons, Christopher, Niko, Steve, Billy; daughter in laws, Leah, Maria, Melanie, Maria Eleni; grandchildren, Eirene, Michael, Natalie, Nichole, Annette, Theo, Michael, Julia, Bobby, Brian; and great-grandson, Dylan. Mike was a loving family man; he was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother and citizen of the world. He loved his profession as a master mechanic. He was always willing to teach others, not only about his craft, but about how to live life to the fullest. He was a philanthropist and a responsible citizen, who was continually willing to help those in need. A viewing will be held at Sylvan Abby, 2853 Sunset Point Road, Clearwater, FL on Tuesday, Nov. 24, 2009, from 6-8 pm. Services will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 25, 2009, at 11 am at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox church, located at 409 Coachman Road, Clearwater, FL.

To the Koulouvaris Family: Chris, Nick, Steve, and Billy. Your fathers guidence touch my life like no other person out there. He taught me the meaning of life and more then anything else "Family Values". I only wish, I was there to say thank you to him. For, everything he taught me. But, I will say thank you to all of the Koulouvaris. And, I know you will have your fathers heart and kindness within in yourselfs. I will always remember the times we used to eat at your parents home. And the trips we all took togther. If it was just staying in Clearwater and going to your fathers Auto repair shop and having a good laugh with him. And talking about Greece and laughing. He always, told me to keep in touch with all of you. And, I will listen to your fathers wish's. Always remember those good times we had with him! I will, and he will always be in my heart forever.
