Ralph CARSTENSEN Obituary
born Oct. 25, 1923 in Two Rivers, WI, died Sept. 27, 2017 in Hudson, FL. He was a World War II veteran and graduate of Carroll College. Survived by his wife, Louise Carstensen; sister, Ruth Winningham; children, Ralph, Paula and Martha Carstensen; stepchildren, Terrence and Jeri McDowell; 10 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Funeral service private. Donations in Ralph's memory to Marliere Hospice Care Center, 6801 Rowan Rd, New Port Richey, FL 34653.
