Didn’t get to know Mr. Lane until I had graduated from PCHS and moved back “Home” to Dade City. I was a teller at Suncoast Schools Fed. Cr. Union and would occasionally wait on Mr. Lane on Friday’s. Sometimes Fridays could be a little hectic and wild, but Mr. Lane always brought an air of calmness with him when he arrived. He never minded waiting in the some times long line. He was one of my favorite customers as he was always a pleasant, friendly, respectful gentleman. I ran into him at the car wash about a year ago and he was a pleasure to chat and catch up with! He will be greatly missed, but remembered with a smile and a calmness. May peace be with his Family.

What a wonderful person, gave so much to all, a special man indeed, they say the sum of a person is how they lived their lives , this man is a treasure. Everyone in his life was blessed.
