Mr. and Mrs. Drury,
I am so sorry for your loss. I was very close to Ryan while growing up. When I lost my dad last year, he made sure he tracked me down as soon as he heard. He even helped put together a little birthday dinner for me while I was in town making arrangements for my father. He will be missed immeasurably.

Mr. and Mrs Drury
Words can not express the gratitude the military owes your family. Your son was a kind, respectable and admirable human being. It was a great honor to have served with him. He now serves a greater cause. Your family will be in our prayers.

To an all American hero who put his life on the line to serve our country. To one of the best soldiers I've ever had the chance to know, someone who never had a bad thing to say and always followed out with the orders given. A very humble friend and one who was always there to hear you out. His spirit will live on through our stories and he will always be in our thoughts. I'm glad I had the chance to know Ryan Drury, you couldn't ask for a better soldier, or friend. We can never fill the void that was lost, but we can look back on the good times and know you are in a better place.

To the Drury family,
I am so sorry for your loss. Ryan was a great person and full of life. It is a tragedy that he was taken so early in life. Even though I haven't seen him in years, I still considered him a great friend and will always keep in my heart. God bless your family and I will keep you in my prayers.

Ryan was so good with kids. Little Greg, Nathan, and Elizabeth called him Uncle Ryan and they love him so very much. I told Little Greg that God promises us that we will see him again someday in Heaven, and he said, "I know daddy." We knew Ryan loved Holloween, so we have been celebrating his life up here in Indiana by trick or treating. So far this weekend, we have been to four different towns trick or treating. We will never forget you Ryan.
Love, Greg, Hiliary, Little Greg,
Na Na, and Elizabeth.
