I became acquainted with Sandra when she became my tenant at Hillcrest Villas in Clearwater, Florida; during her stay there I was very impressed with her sense of obligation. For instance, she treated her residence with tender, loving care and demonstrated superb fiscal responsibility even though her health was compromised. From my perspective, she rose above her health issues to live life with a positive attitude. I was quite dismayed to learn of her passing. I offer my condolences to her son Brian and her three grandchildren. Rest in peace, dear Sandra, without the trauma of dialysis.
