Hi honey, went to see you yesterday for your birthday. It was so nice to be able to talk to you. It made me feel good. I miss you so much. I have a lot of news for you. Heather got married to a very nice man named Craig. They are very very happy. Also your grandson Doogan join the army. He did very well in boot camp and now is doing well in the next step.Doogan also married a wonderful girl named Ava, they are very happy. Rylie ,Colin and Jacob are doing just fine. I’m heading to Arizona next week. Tommy and I are doing well. Tommy put up a couple of bird feeders and we have many Cardinals. We have a male and female cardinal which I think of as you and Aunt Kathy. I know you’re watching over us. Take care. I love you very much.

Today is your Birthday and I know your sister is with you to celebrate your day. I miss you both so very much. Knowing you’re together makes me feel better. Kathy was my rock, we talked on the phone for hours. Our gambling trips were a blast. She called me sis and I loved her very much. Tom I love you , take good care of your sister.

Today is your birthday and I miss you so much. Spent the week with the kids. Brian ,Maria ,Colin and Jacob came for the week. It was great. Doogan and Rylie spent a lot of time with their cousins. It was nice to see Heather ,Tommy and Brian together. There was a lot of laughter and fun, we all miss you. Talked about you a lot.

Just received an email from Tom with photos taken at the cemetery of the placing of wreaths on the stones by Wreaths Across America volunteers. They look quite beautiful.
I couldn't sleep last night and got to thinking about some of the holidays we all spent together when all the kids were young, and how much fun it was.

I told the kids yesterday that today would have been your 64th birthday. They asked if you would be recieving gifts up in the moon. I told them they were your greatest gifts ever. We love you and miss you so much. It hasn't gotten any easier.

It's been two years and alot has happened. Your Grandchild Colin turned two on March 4. He is wonderful,very cute and full of energy. About three weeks ago your 4th Grandchild was born. His name is Jacob Brian. He is adorable,born Feb 23rd with blond hair and a beautiful face. He looks alot like his brother Colin. I wish you were here to hold them both. I will tell them all about you and how much you love them. I miss you!

I can hardly believe it is one year since you left us. I miss you on a daily basis. I so needed you to talk to today. Thank you for Kathie and the kids.....I don't know what I would do without them. I so miss talking to you on the phone. It's so hard for me to realize that you're not going to be calling me. Every night when I watch
certain TV programs I think about how much you would have laughed with me, especially at "2 l/2 Men", one of our favorite comedies.

Today is Christmas Eve and I am struggling without my brother. This time of the year, Tom would have been calling twice a day...so full of excitement for "his holiday". He so loved Christmas. I believe Tom is the angel doing the gift shopping for everyone else up there and, of course, going overboard! I will always love you and I know you will be hovering above us tonight.

I always admired and looked up to Tom as if he were my own father. He was a great person and one of the strongest men I have ever known. My father was a hero to many, especially Tommy, Brian and I. I can't imagine a life without him but do know that he is in a better place and free from pain. Even from a bed the past 5 years he has been a better husband, father and grandfather then any. He loved his family and did everything he could to give us the world. Daddy you will be greatly missed and I will never let a day pass where I don't tell your grandchildren how much you loved them and how lucky I was to have the best of the best dads ever.
