There remains a gap in my life when I think of the friends I've lost in the last few years. I often think of Tim in this respect. Good reliable friends are hard to come by.

I was so heart broken to hear yesterday of the passing of Tim. So sorry I had to miss celebrating him. My thoughts and prayers go out to Bev and the boys. I worked with him at Hudson Middle School. He was a kind gentleman who loved life and his family. He always talked about how he loved his wife Bev and his sons. Last time I saw him he came to pick up his grandson from school. He will be truly missed.Fly with the Angels Tim. Godspeed.

Beverly, I am so sorry for your loss. Tim touched so many people in the time he shared with us here on earth. I guess I should have checked here earlier, but I was waiting to see something on Facebook. I really would have liked to say goodbye. I am heading to Bushnell now and was going to find him. There is no record of his plot. Once again..so sorry!

Beverly,
I just heard of Tim's passing this morning from my ex-wife Annette. I'm so terribly sorry for your loss. I used to own Action Awards, remember? I'm so blessed with your and Tim's friendship. I'm sorry that he and I saw each other only a handful of times but I remember his friendliness and great personality. I've never been at ease so quickly after meeting someone than with you two, either before or since our first meeting. It is a privilege knowing both of you. God bless you and your family and I hope He keeps you safe during and after this difficult time. I'm now remarried and living in Pennsylvania since 2005. Please let me know how you are doing from time to time. E-mail - [email protected] or look me up on Facebook. Jim McKennon

I was in the Florida National Guard with Tim from 1986-1997. He was an excellent soldier who always worked hard. We always had a good laugh together and shared a few adventures. When I heard of his death, it stunned me. I personally lost a friend. I've said prayers for Tim, Bev and the family and send my love to aid them in this time of grieving.

Beverly, I've not seen you or your family in too many years to count, but the memories of my times at Uncle Franklin's with all of the Caruthers and extended families are very close to my heart. Those days spent on the farm and getting to know and love you, Tim and all of the rest of the group were among the happiest in my life. We were all so young with our sons and daughters playing under the oak trees, delighting in watermelon feasts and egg hunts allover the property. I remember one sunny day when my daughter Bonnie Parker, Jim's child, was placed on a cow by Uncle Franklin and I have a photo of her holding a baby pig I remember mama pig squelling in anger and how we all laughed when she asked to bring the piglet home. Your Tim was almost always in the tick of things those days long past. The two of you made me feel at home when I came and spent a brief period at Franklin and Elenor's home one year. He was loved by so many and will be greatly missed by many. He's free of this earth and I'm sure is waiting to take you in his arms once more, someday. What a very lucky lady you are to have walked at his side for so many years. I am so very sad for your loss.

Beverly words cannot help heal the pain that you feel. Just remember to pray, believe in the Lord and know in your heart that you will be together again. I know that these words don't help but pray does. Please call me when you get a chance. Love you, your mom, Stephanie, your dad (always in my heart) and your sister (always in my heart. We had great times when we were younger and your family played a large part in our young lives as well as adult lives. As such, I will do anything I can do to help you through this trying time. Love you again, Ann

My heart is broken as a piece of it is missing. He was one of the greatest men that walked this earth. Heaven has gained an angel. He will forever be a hero because heroes never die, they just comfort and protect others elsewhere. I love you dearly now and always. Until be meet again......

Beverly my heart breaks for you loss. Tim was the love of your life, and you were his. There is nothing I can personally say or do to ease your pain and suffering. May knowing that you and the boys are in the thoughts and prayers of many, bring a measure of comfort. Know that God keeps all those who pass away in His memory because they are precious in His eyes. Bev, words cannot express how sad I was to hear that Tim has passed. Have not seen him since high school but always knew he would be there if ever he was needed. He was a very caring, loving, committed person when I knew him back then. Prayers are with you and your wonderful family!
