My heart is so heavy with sadness about the news of Bill's passing. I have known Bill since 1995, we were friends. I just received the card I sent him returned with deceased written on it. I am going to place my email on this in hopes someone from his family will contact me and I can tell you what a wonderful friend he was to me. I am so sorry for the loss of this special person.
