Ryan,
For many years you were my next door neighbor and my friend. I'll always remember swinging in the trees in your front yard, playing tackle football, and throwing those darn orange things (were they acorns?) at each other that grew on the tree in your front yard. We lost touch for many years and then Facebook brought us back together again. It was at my sister Dawn's 4th of July party that we got to see each other again for the first time in many years. We laughed and talked about old times. We continued to stay in touch and chat through facebook and phone calls. If only we would've know our time on Earth as friends was so limited... I'll miss our chats and your sense of humor. See you up in heaven. R.I.P. my friend. Debbie, Bill and Clayton, please know you are in my prayers. God Bless

May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind always be at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
and rains fall soft upon your fields.
And until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of His hand.
Ryan & I just spoke on the phone a few months ago after not hearing from each other in years & we did alot of catching up & joked about old times. He was telling me about all the Bass fishing he had been doing with his dad Bill & brother Clayton He really had a Passion for those Bass! we talked about getting together & I'm deeply saddened that we didn't have the chance to hang out again. He had just learned of my new baby girl & right before we hung up -he joked & said "better go change that poopy diaper" he always had a great sense of humor & a big heart -I just learned of this tragic senseless news this morning. My thoughts & Prayers go out to Bill, Deb, Clayton & Family
God Bless you all
Ryan will always live on in the Hearts of those he touched.

Ryan it is such a tragedy that you were taken from your friends and family at such a young age. We have to believe that there was something bigger needed from you for this to have happened.
I had the privilege of reconnecting with Ryan several months back and will cherish those conversations as well as the memories of the huge part he played in my past…..first love, high school sweetheart, and friend. You will be missed by so many.
To Ryan’s entire family…my thoughts and prayers go out to you all and know that we all were blessed to have crossed paths with Ryan even if for a moment…he still had a way of touching us all.
Thank you Ryan for being a part of my life and rest in peace…You will never be forgotten. “Ear Tugs”

I'm stunned as you all must be as well. It'd been years since I'd seen Ryan having moved away from home as a young person but my sisters' & I made some efforts to find our old neighbors from 19th Place & were quite pleased to find Ryan again on Facebook. How sad he was taken from us all too soon; he'll be missed by many.

You will always be in our hearts Ryan, you are so very loved. You may not be here to our touch but you will never be forgotten, to all that know you.
Life is but a stopping place,
A pause in what's to be,
A resting place along the road,
to sweet eternity.
We all have different journeys,
different paths along the way,
We were all meant to learn some things,
But never meant to stay..
Our destination is a place,
far greater than we know,
For some the journey's quicker,
For some the journey's slow.
And when the journey finally ends,
We'll claim a great reward,
And find an everlasting peace,
together with the Lord.

We all love you so much.

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.
Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."
It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man.
God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.
When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.
I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.
There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.
If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.
So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.
And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.

Dear Ryan,
I first met you when you moved next door to me when you were only maybe 3yrs old and I was around 8yrs old. I watched as you learned to ride your bike for the first time without training wheels. I saw you many times in the front yard throwing a baseball with your Dad. When your little brother Clayton got old enough you lovingly showed him the correct way to throw a fast ball. I got to see the pride on your face when you were finally old enough to mow the yard for your mother. You were a cute little boy and soon grew up into your teens. I moved away but never forgot you and your family. Now years later facebook connected us again and we talked of all the memories we shared as children. I enjoyed your visit at our July 4th party at my home where my sisters and I got to give you a hug after all the missed years. Melanie and I laughed so hard at your silly comments as we enjoyed watching my husband and girls shoot off fireworks. We made promises not to lose touch again. Almost every week you would ask when our next party was. I will hold these memories close in my heart whenever I think of you Ryan. You have been taken from us too soon. May you be embraced by angels now and be at peace. You will be missed, God bless you.

Ryan, I will never forget our history together and the fact that we could laugh about it 10 years later. I will never forget that not even 3 weeks ago we were talking about it and your comment was "I have matured and grown since then". You were an adorable, sweet, so laid back person that anyone who you smiled at just had to smile back. It is so difficult to work in "bags" right now and see where you are supposed to be. I wish so badly that I could just walk into work Monday and know that this was all a horrible nightmare. I wish I could walk into work and see that gorgeous smile at your machine and know that the world is right again. I truly love you and will miss you and your friendship for the rest of my days. Although you are in a much better place, life will feel empty without you.

Very sad around the plant lately. You and Lyn have been all the BUZZ at the old Bicary. Sorry you had to go out this way bro. You were so full of life. I can promise you that you and Lyn have been heavy in our prayers. I am thankful for our long conversations on 3rd shift. I have thought of them often. I have faith that you are in a much better place now. Your family must be so proud of you and so sorry for thier loss. This is a true tragity for your family, Lyn's family and your extended family at Bic. We will miss you both greatly. God Bless!!

Ryan and I generally worked in different departments at Bic. But I did have some recent occasions where I worked alongside of him in our new "bags" department. When I was assigned to work with him, Ryan would ask me, "so, you ready to kick it?!" We laughed over the tedious nature of running and backing bags! Always a positive guy, always a smile and "hello." He and Lyn will be sorely missed at Bic Graphic. My heart goes out to you all.

God bless you all in your time of sorrow. My husband, Tim, knew Ryan from work and said that he was a great guy with an easy smile for everyone. I think that everyone who knew him must have felt this way. You are in our prayers.

I first met Ryan in youth baseball. He was athletic, funny and was always smiling. He was definitely good to those around him. He used to play one song so much, he thought it was so cool (at 12 years old) ... every time I hear it I cannot help but to think of Ryan. That was "West End Girls", by The Pet Shop Boys. He used to have his (bom Box) radio and walk around with it.. loud.. It was so funny. Now, I am sure those young memories will live on forever.
Full circle, he was a very good baseball player and played high school and legion baseball with some of my other very best friends and when we found out we all knew him...the common statement was "Good Guy". They all love Ryan.
Needless to say, I can assure you, Ryan mattered to a lot of people. His infectious spirit was unavoidable.
You will be missed.
