Jeffrey W. Haberman

Jeffrey W. Haberman, 64, died Jan. 21, 2008, at St. Lucie Medical Center, Port St. Lucie. He was born in Marion, Ohio, and lived in Port St. Lucie for over 20 years, coming from Marion. He was employed by Publix supermarkets for more than 10 years, working at the downtown Stuart store. He also was a car salesman in Marion, Stuart and Fort Pierce for many years. He was a member of the Lions' Club, Stuart. Survivors include his wife of 31 years, Gerri Haberman of Port St. Lucie; daughters, Karen Haberman of Rutherford, N.J., and Michelle Haberman and Colleen Teague, both of Port St. Lucie; son, Scott Haberman of Port Salerno; sister, Lorraine Hopp of Steamboat Springs, Colo.; and five grandchildren. Contributions may be made to the Visiting Nurse Association, 2400 S.E. Monterey Road, Stuart, FL 34994. SERVICES: Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Jan. 23 at the Byrd, Young and Prill, Port St. Lucie Funeral Home.
