John H. "Jack" Lewis

John "Jack" H. Lewis, 77, died Dec. 7, 2011, at Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Lake Worth. He was born in Columbus, Ohio, and lived in Palm City since 1989, coming from Westport, Conn. He was owner of Alternatives Natural Products of Stuart. He was an Air Force veteran. Survivors include his sons, John Lewis and Adam Lewis; daughter, Amy Reffie; and nine grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife of 37 years, Barbara Lewis.
