Phyllis E. Lowe

PHYLLIS E. LOWE Phyllis Elaine Clark, Hutchins, Wells, Lowe, was born in Dayton, Ohio on August 7, 1923. She went to see her Lord on December 30, 2009 at the age of 86. Proceeded in death by her three husbands, Jack Hutchins, Cecil Wells and Thomas Lowe. She is survived by her loving son, Ronald Hutchins, and daughter-in-law, Terry Gregory Hutchins, both residing on North Hutchinson Island, Florida. She is survived by her extended Clark Family, Bob & Mary Clark, Jim & Janet Coleman, Tom, David and Jeannie Clark. She is also survived by her extended Wells family, Barbara Gale Wells Mullins, Silas Mullins, Kenneth Neff, Barbie Mullins Cross, Katrina Mullins, Gabby Mullins, Shirley Thompson, John Wells, Brian Wells and Melissa Wells. She is also survived by her extended Lowe family, Brenda & Garth, Toni & Randy, Jeff, Esther, Elizabeth, Peter, Timothy, Rachael, Phillip, Benjamin, Rebecca & Matthew. She will be missed by her many friends, especially, Bea Tomilson & Velda Clark. A life long member of the Sebastian Moose Lodge, she will be missed by her many friends at the Lodge. Interment and graveside service will be Sunday, January 10, 2010, at 2 PM, at Sebastian Cemetery, 1921 N. Central Avenue, Sebastian, FL 32958.
