Gone but won't be forgotten, another angel to watch over us. I'll never forget sitting & talking with you, listening to your stories, your jokes and just making everybody laugh. You were a generous person & I was so lucky to have you & Billie in my life. R.I.P.

Once Earl knocked on our door early Saturday morning. My older sister, half asleep, opened it wearing her housecoat with curlers in her hair. Earl, with his quick wit smiled and said, "My don't you look ravishing!", leaving us all laughing. He played ball with my Dad and brother. I worked under him at the Post Office. He was the "Go To Guy" out there in the early years, pioneering a long, tough route. He was a hard act to follow.

Ross was my first friend when I moved to Stuart and Mr. an Mrs. Meadows were especially nice to me. Mr. Meadows would take Ross and I out to practice football when we were in 10th grade.. Exceptionally nice family.

Earl & Billie were good friends of ours in Stuart...Earl was my coach for slow pitch softball from 1964-1968. They used to come to our yard sales and Billie would help us know the value of older items. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family at this time.

Billie and Earl. Like peanut butter and jelly. A match that can't be beat. They were a huge part of the Bruns kid's childhood memories and will never be forgotten. I remember the time Earl was leaning on the light post in the Kindred parking lot and the lightning hit the post and burned the hair on his arm under his watch. We laughed, he did not! And let's not forget the skating rink! RIP Earl
