Vincent Overzat Obituary
Vincent John Overzat ( Vinnie ) Vincent John Overzat (Vinnie ) of Fort pierce since 2005 has gone home to his lord at 2:21pm March 30,2010. Vincent was born January 12 1932 in Brooklyn, NY where in his younger days was a U.S. Marine. In the 1960's he moved his wife Dolores and children to Silver Spring, MD. where he worked as an Illustrator for Vitro Laboratories Corps. retiring in the late 1980's. Vinnie had the gift of making a pencil sing as an artist. His interests included sketching, painting, sculpting, chess, checkers and fishing. He loved telling jokes and stories to his grandchildren and anyone who would listen about his days being a young boy and growing up on the streets of NY. Vinnie is survived by his 6 children, His oldest Vincent Overzat Jr., Patrica Chancey, Michael Overzat, Karen Overzat, Christine Konger, and youngest Catherine Ghanayem (#6 ). Vinnie resided with his longtime Loving companion of over 40 yrs. Barbara Jackson. He was blessed with 17 Grandchildren and 4 Great grandchildren. To make a long story short, our dad was a loving, gentle man. Services: Arrangement s are by All County Funeral Home and Crematory, Treasure Coast Chapel in Stuart. Paid Obituary

Sorry its been awhile since I last spoke to you. Been busy with work and school. How are things?
Im ok, I got out of the Marine Corps last year, and started working as a Contractor still helping the Marine Corps, but as a Civilian.. Im also taking night classes and well just staying busy for now. Miss you Tons, and was just talking about you the other day. Well I gotta run. Love ya.

You know that I had a Dream about you, and I care for you alot. Yesterday I went to the Aquariam, and a Dolphin came right to me and my Fiance, everyone was shocked, and all he did was bobble his head and stare at me awhile I was able to touch him..., I know it was a sign, and no worries.., I miss you alot.
