Sarah, Katherine, Allison, & Elizabeth, my most heartfelt condolences on the unexpected loss of your husband and father, Walter.
I first met him when he was in high school and worked for my first wife at Poor Bob's in Jensen. We later came into contact again when, after he graduated from law school and began working for Mr. Tilton. My dad became his client at that time -- as did I a bit later.
Over the decades, he became a trusted confident and friend to not only my father, but to my wife, Cindy, and I. I always knew him to be a good & honest man...gregarious and easy to speak to and reminisce with about growing up here and the people we had in common as friends and professionally.
I know in your hearts you are aching -- however, those feelings will fade as the good and happy memories come back over time and flood your minds and hearts when you think of him. God bless you.

Sarah - I just came upon the notice of Walter's passing. My heart goes out to you and your family and all those many whose lives he touched with wit and love. Though we have not had contact for many years, I have shared with my family many stories about some of the adventures Walt and I had so many years ago. He was one of the finest men I ever knew and the world is less for his passing.

I first met Walter when we worked together at Poor Bob's in Jensen Beach, way back in the 70's. We crossed paths a few times after that. Our last conversation was just a few weeks ago when we talked about his love of National Parks and nature. Walter always had a smile on his face and sure will be missed.

We were clients of Walter. He was the nicest, most laid back person I ever met. We are so sorry to hear of his passing.
