Gary Corman Obituary

Gary Lee Corman, 62, of Kelso, died Feb. 18, 2004.

He was born March 24, 1941, in Pekin, Ill., and graduated from an Illinois high school. He moved to the local area 39 years ago from Illinois.

Mr. Corman served in the Army for two years stationed at Fort Lewis. He was a truck driver for Swanson Fuel for 25 years.

Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Ella Mae and Bud Busby; his wife, Alice F. (Sherman) Corman; a daughter, Lorraine "Lana" Wollam; a stepdaughter, Danita Kynaston; three stepsons, Delbert Denman, Darren Sherman and Sam Hobbs; a brother, Les Corman; four sisters, Terry Briggs, Julie Anderson, Sharon Ratcliff and Joyce Barns; a stepbrother, Byron Corman; six stepsisters, Marsha, Pam, Nancy, Debbie, Kim and Holly; and seven grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Valley Baptist Church in Longview, followed by a gathering for family and friends at the Longview Eagles.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 1, Longview, WA 98632.

Arrangements are by Cascade Northwest Funeral Chapel at Green Hills Memorial Gardens & Crematory.
