Anna E. (Adams) Strader, 81

Oxford - Anna E. (Adams) Strader, 81, passed away at U.Mass/Memorial Hospital, University Campus in Worcester.

She leaves behind her husband, Donald K. Strader, their children ;George H. Ellis,III, June C. Carpenter and Mark A. Brooks of Oxford, Donald R. Brooks of Bethel,VT., Norman D. Ellis of Charlton, Richard D. Strader of Leominster, David Whitten and Donna Whitten of Worcester and Cindy Robert of FLA. A brother, Albert M. Adams and his wife Carolyn of Oxford, 9 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Anna was born in Leicester, daughter of the late George F. and Rachel E. (Mitchell) Strader and lived in Oxford, most of her life.

She was also predeceased by a sister, Mary C. Adams who died in 2015.

Anna was a member of the Oxford United Methodist Church, former member of the D.A.R., she was mostly a homemaker and worked in area department and grocery stores.

There are no calling hours.

A Graveside Service will be Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at 11 AM at North Cemetery in Oxford, after the service, family and friends are cordially invited to gather for a Celebration of Anna's life ( which will be announced at the cemetery).

In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions in her memory, may be made to: Oxford United Methodist Church, 465 Main St., Oxford, MA. 01540.
