Anthony Pedone Obituary

Anthony Pedone, 70, of Worcester, passed away peacefully Friday, March 2nd 2012, in his home.

Anthony was born in Worcester, a son of James and Rose (Simone) Pedone and has lived here all his life. Anthony is survived by his two sisters: Clementina "Nellie" White, who cared for him in life, and Anne Trotsky of Auburn; many nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Anthony was a member of Our Lady of Mt Carmel Church. He loved music, dancing, the Red Sox and especially being around family and friends.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated Saturday, March 10th at 10:00 a.m in Our Lady of Mt Carmel Church, 24 Mulberry St. There are no calling hours. Burial with his parents in St John's Cemetery will be private. Memorial contributions in his name may be made to the Seven Hills Foundation, Hope Ave, Worcester 01603. The MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St is honored to assist the family with arrangements.

The world was a brighter place with Uncle Anthony in it. So many wonderful childhood memories. He was the Mayor of East Park Terrace. He will be missed.
