Beverly Ann Boudreau

stow - Beverly Ann (Blenkhorn) Boudreau, 79, of Stow, MA and formerly of Cape Cod (Brewster & Harwich) died Friday, November 4, 2016 at the Marlborough Hills Rehabilitation & Health Care Center following a brief illness.

Born in Marlborough on April 9, 1937, she was the daughter, of the late Harold Blenkhorn of Medway and Myrtle (Rogers) Blenkhorn of Berlin. A graduate of Hudson High School, Bev was a hairdresser for many years and later worked as a real estate agent on Cape Cod.

Bev will be lovingly remembered by her two sisters, Helen L. Roach of Berlin and Debra Blenkhorn of Framingham; and several cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family and many dear friends. Bev was predeceased by her husband, Richard J. Boudreau in 1998, and two brothers, Hal Blenkhorn in 2012 and Walter Blenkhorn in 2015.

An animal lover, she greatly enjoyed the company of her two loving cats, Gracie and Robbie. She enjoyed golfing and was a former member of the Ocean Edge Golf Club. Bev loved life and always had an optimistic attitude and was also a lifelong reader who always found joy in a good story. Bev cherished each and every moment that she spent with her family and friends. Those who knew Bev best knew just how truly kind and generous she was.

A committal service at the Massachusetts National Cemetery will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the care of the Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home, 50 Central St., Hudson.
