I met Brian at Eversource a couple of times. After chatting a bit, we realized we weren't related, but we had a laugh and called each other "cuz" anyway. He seemed like a very happy person. Very sorry for your loss.

We had alot of memories with you Brian growing up on Beaconsfield Rd.
Throwing snow balls from tatnuck school on to pleasant street or flipping that Chevy impala due to that so called black dog. We had fun and we will see you again. God bless you Brian.

My sincerest sympathy to all of Brian's family. I knew Brian from Tatnuck, growing up in school from Chandler through Doherty. He was one of those rare people that is what he is; genuine, kind, friendly and also very funny. He was always someone I was happy to see and talk to about things. From other entries I see here, everyone who knew him felt the same about him. We were lucky to have such a person in our lives. Thanks for being you, Brian. I am so sad to see you had to leave this world so soon. Peace to you and your family.

My son Jonathan Crowner started to date Olivia in college. As time went on we got to know Olivia. Over that same time we would hear about Anne and Brian and how nice they were as they got to know Jonathan.
You know the rest of the story. Jonathan and Olivia got engaged and then married. Through this time Jonathan often talked about Anne and Brian. It was clear to my wife and I that Jonathan had found his place in their family. When I spoke to Brian he would tell me what a great person Jonathan was. As a Dad that made me feel proud and also happy. At the wedding my wife and I met Anne and Brian in a sub shop by accident. We joined them for lunch and spoke about our children and how happy that Olivia and Jonathan had found each other. As a very proud Dad and a Dad who loves Jonathan very much if I was to share Jonathan with another father I'm so happy it was Brian. For the people that read this Jonathan thought the world of Brian. He truly felt like he has two families. If I know Jonathan that will never change. Brian and Anne, thank you for making Jonathan feel like part of your family. With love and prayers Mike and Sandy Crowner

I am so shocked to see this. I was in the Reserves with Brian many years ago. He was a great guy, kind, funny as hell, liked by everyone. I have this image in my head, we were at summer camp and Brian and another guy were standing guard at a check point, in an area that was inundated with butterflies. He's standing there in uniform has his M16 rifle, helmet on, trying so hard to look the part.... and he's completely covered in yellow butterflies. My deepest condolences to the family. I'm so sorry for your loss. RIP Brian.
