Daniel Moynihan Obituary
Shrewsbury - Mr. Daniel J. 'Dan' Moynihan Jr. died Monday, December 14, 2020 after a brief illness. He was 79.
Dan leaves his wife of 55 years Jane C. (Carrigan) Moynihan; his children, Daniel Moynihan (Kathleen) of Needham and Beth Foley (late Richard), of Austin, Texas and the late Mary Lynne Wilson; his son-in-law James Wilson; grandchildren Timothy, Peter and Charlotte Moynihan, Matthew and Lily Wilson and Patrick Foley. Dan was predeceased by his daughter, Mary Lynne Wilson and his siblings, Thomas, Francis, and Mary Moynihan.
Family and friends will gather to honor and remember Dan's life on Friday, June 18th in St. Mary's Church, 640 Main Street, Shrewsbury where his funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Burial with military honors will follow in Mountain View Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. John's Food for the Poor Program, 44 Temple Street, Worcester, MA 01604.
