David A. Gelineau, 52

Oxford - David A. Gelineau, 52, of Tremont St., died Tuesday, April 21, 2015, at the Rose Monahan Hospice Residence in Worcester, after a courageous battle with cancer. He is survived by his wife of 17 years, Tina M. (Bird) Gelineau of Oxford; his children, twins Matthew D. and Marialaina K. Gelineau, both of Oxford; his mother, Jeannette L. (McDonald) Gelineau of Dudley; his brother, Brian S. Gelineau and his wife Kelly of Dudley; two sisters, Lynn J. Gelineau of Dudley and Gail A. Bazinet and her husband David of Vero Beach, FL; his mother-in-law, Natalie J. Bird of Worcester; and many nephews and nieces. He was born in Webster, son of the late Armand E. Gelineau, and was raised in Dudley and lived in Worcester before moving to Oxford 14 years ago. He graduated from Shepherd Hill High School in Dudley in 1980.

David worked at Worcester Envelope Company in Auburn for 30 years, and he also worked as a custodian for Oxford Public Schools in the central office. He enjoyed golfing, boating, and especially loved fishing. Most of all, he loved spending time with his wife, children, family, and extended family. He was very appreciative of everyone who helped him. He was most proud of his children and will be greatly missed by his family and many friends.

A funeral will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2015, from Paradis-Givner Funeral Home, 357 Main St., Oxford, followed by a Mass at 10 a.m. at St. Roch's Church, 332 Main St., Oxford. Burial will follow at North Cemetery in Oxford. Calling hours are Friday, April 24, 2015, from 4-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
