Gert, my sincere sympathy to you and the family. Herb will truly be missed. Herb will long be remembered for his conviction and contribution to the Town of North Brookfield. Never did he hesitate at town meetings to ask the Selectmen questions relative to an article which brought clarity to voters. He made Conservation a dedication I'm proud to have worked with him.. Gods Blessings. Don Smith(smitty)

Herbie was a great man to work with during my career at Norton Co. He would always share a little tip or trick to make a project go easier. Being the youngster in the crafts department, that meant alot to me, when a senior person would do that for me. My sincere condolences to his family and his church family as well.
