I´m so sorry to hear of Jim´s passing. I worked with him years ago at DEC and absolutely everyone liked him. He was a diligent and hard worker, a perfectionist who did a great job on whatever task he was given. He fought his illness with great courage and was an inspiration to all who knew him.

Rest In Peace, my friend.

I first met Jim at a patient conference for our disease. We hit it off and looked forward to seeing each other at the next conference for a number of years. The last message I got from him was him saying goodbye. I admire the courage it took for him to do that and will follow his lead when my time is near.

Roxanne, my heart goes out to you and all of his family. He was everything described above and more. My oldest daughter works in Worcester and is a lifelong runner. I wish I had told Jim that she´s running Boston this year on the DFCI Marathon Challenge Team to raise money for research. I think he would have liked that.

Rest easy my friend!

Jim I have so many memories of you at DEC. I was the Secretary of our group Design Services. You were also Steve and I's Tennant for a long time. You fought this disease for such a long time. We had a lot of events we all went to in our group. I am so sad it took you away from your family. Hugs to you in heaven.
