Jesse was a good guy. A funny guy. I remember this one time he was convinced to model for an art class and he figured out he could just take a nap and listen to music and so every art class for weeks, that's exactly what he did. He told me that he had a list of people which kinda freaked me out but it turned out it was list of people he intended to thank when he graduated. Even scared the VP Mr. Largess with that one, as I recall. I remember his smile and how he was just cool and easy going. We weren't close but he was a friend back at SHS, for sure. Rest easy Jesse.

We loved having Jesse live next door to us. He was such a sweet boy. Jesse was the very first babysitter we had, after his taking the babysitter course. He would come over with his bag of books and toys! We also loved spending time at Rolling Ridge with him as a CIT! He was such a blessing to so many people!!
God Bless you Carl, Lori and Jason

Jesse, I'm so saddened to hear of your passing. You and I had some of the best memories growing up at Coolidge School and in Dr. Klugs class. I'll never forget those laughs. I still remember the Jonathan Livingston Seagull book you had me read. How to work everyday towards perfection and above all else never quit. Hope you're flying high looking down on all of those who's lives you've touched. You and your family are in my prayers.

So sorry to hear about Jesse. I knew him in high school, through art classes and a few classes we had together. I remember him as being funny, sarcastic, and willing to say the things out loud that the rest of us were thinking but didn't have the guts to say aloud. He often managed to make me smile. I recall that he was once recruited to be a model for an art project in our class. He had to sit still in the same pose for several class periods while the rest of us drew him. I bet a bunch of us still have those drawings somewhere. He was a good guy. Gone much too soon.
