Joseph Rawlston Obituary
Joe is survived by his two daughters: Amanda and Nina Rawlston; his three sisters: Cindy Lee and Lorna Rawlston of Worcester and Peg Rawlston of North Grafton; nephews, nieces, extended family and friends. He was born in Worcester; son of the late Chester Rawlston, Sr. and Gloria (Gentile) Rawlston. He is predeceased by a brother, Chester Rawlston, Jr.
He graduated from Worcester Vocational High School and has lived here all his life. Joe owned and operated JR Plumbing for the past 25 years. He was a Harley Motorcycle enthusiast and enjoyed spending time with his daughters.
A funeral service will be held Friday, May 28th at 11:00 a.m in the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St. Burial will follow in St. John Cemetery. Calling hours will be held Thursday, May 27th from 5 p.m to 8 p.m in the funeral home.

Joey was a great guy with a heart of gold..I have many great memories with Joe from our time growing up together on Shrewsbury St./East Park/Adams St. Schoolyard. I always bumped into Joe somewhere along Shrewsbury St....I will truly miss seeing him. My prayers go out to all of you.

To Joe's family, May the Lord bless you and guide during these diffcult times. Growing up with Joe, going to Adams St school, hanging out "down the park on community house" were years that can never be taken away from us.
Joe, was a person who always did what he thought was right, one who didn't care what people thought, a straight shooter. He loved his family and was passionate about his work. May he rest in peace and may our God bless his family.

to joes family,i never did get the chance to meet him,but i did grow up with his dad and all his uncles and aunt on gardner st and south worcester from the40s on up and still maintain a close relation ship with his uncle rich.it sounds like he was a very nice young man,it is always sad to see such a fine person like joe pass on at such a young age.now he can be with his dad who also was a real nice guy.god bless him. ken rondeau
