Juan Perez Obituary
Worcester - Juan David Osorio Burgos Perez died Fri., Sept. 10, 2021.
He is survived by his longtime companion, Doris Mercedes Rodriguez, three daughters, Johana, Griselda and Yvette Martinez all of Worcester, step-son, Leandro Castillo of RI and son, Reynaldo Perez of AZ, many grandchildren and great grandchildren and nephews and nieces, including Lucy Leaman of CA and Lucy DeLeon of NJ, who were more like his siblings, and Evan, for being his greatest support.
Visiting Hours are Thurs., Sept. 23 at Callahan, Fay & Caswell Funeral Home, 61 Myrtle St. from 10:30am-Noon, immediately followed by a Service in the funeral home. Burial will follow at Hope Cemetery.
