Uncle Michael, in such a large family, you always took the time to make special connections with everyone. I’ll never forget the day I was waiting for the bus at the old fire station and you called me over to tell me school was cancelled. You had me shovel the walkway in front of Libby’s and had the best French toast waiting for me on the counter when I was done. Working at Libby’s, I quickly became a master at heating up garlic bread under your guidance. When I think about one of my most cherished memories when I was a kid, it was fireworks and that was because of you, gave me something to look forward to every year. Thank you for being you, you will be missed. Aunt Carol Ann picked a great one. Sorry I was not able to say my final goodbyes in person, I’ve been sick for a week. Rest In Peace

Seeing Michael with his wife at McD's left me assured all was right with our world. A steadfast example, his wife and family were always his first concern. I hope you all find peace, knowing he has his reward now for a life well lived; a legacy well deserved. RIP

Carol, Scott, and Michelle,
Words truly cannot express the heaviness in my heart. I will never forget when I first met Mike. I was 14 years old and working on Shrewsbury Street at the Crescent City Steak House, at the end of my shift I would walk down to the Boulevard Diner, have a coffee and a bacon egg and cheese with Mike and talk about the odds on the upcoming football game, or the horse that paid 30 dollars at Belmont. Our friendship grew to a point where I became part of the family. The days at Saratoga, Foxwoods, Deerfield Beach, the nights in the restaurant working in the kitchen at Porto Bello, and the annual Christmas Parties will NEVER be forgotten.
Just last Saturday we were planning our trip to the races! Mike was a one of a kind of guy, quick as a whip with numbers, he knew what the Trifecta was going to pay before the payout hit the board. Although Mike left us way too early, I know he will always be by our side when we are going to the window at track (telling us to put in a Tri-Key BOX #4 over the 5-6-7-8) or sitting on Deerfield Beach. The world will not be the same without Midnight Mike!!!! May he rest in peace!

You were always someone I looked forward to seeing no matter how old I was. When I was little you would always give me a slice of vanilla Ice cream at Libby’s out of the big box and you put whip cream on it for me. You also taught me how to cut broccoli at Porto Bello. My mom was probably terrified I was using a knife, but you made sure I was careful. You always made me feel so special, and loved. I will hold my wonderful childhood memories with you close to my heart forever. I will miss your smile and quick wit the most. You were one of a kind Uncle Michael.
Aunty Carolann and Family, I’m so very sorry for your loss.

Uncle Michael, there are so many memories for the whole Paldino family. All the cousins have memories growing up of how fun you were. How you played with us as children. Always smiling and joking around with us. Then Libby’s and Porto Bello. How many of us worked for you and Aunt Carol-Ann. You always made it fun. You made the best Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo. My son Rocky is still trying to replicate it. No one made it like you. You will be very much missed. Gone way to soon. Rest in Sweet Peace.
Auntie, Scott, Michelle and family,
We are so very sorry for your loss. Our deepest condolences to you all. Love and hugs.

Uncle Mike, you left all of us in shock. We will miss those days in Florida at the beach, and the Casino and playing cards. Growing up we had a lot of fun times.
