Peter Kosak Obituary
Vernon, CT - Peter F. Kosak, 85, of Vernon, CT (originally from Worcester, MA), husband of Sylvia (Malecki) Kosak (originally from Springfield, MA), passed away peacefully Monday evening Nov. 12, 2018 at Hartford Hospital. He was the 8th and youngest child of Frank Kosak and Barbara (Koza) Kosak, both originally from Poland. The family later moved to New Britain, CT.
In addition to his wife Sylvia, married for 52 years, he is survived by his sons, Paul and his wife Anouk, David and his wife Kate; granddaughter Madeline and grandson Joseph – both of whom brought him much joy. He is also survived by his sister Agnes Soltis, sister-in-law Jane Malecki and cousin Mary Blagusz and many nieces and nephews, grand and great nieces and nephews from the Kosak and Koza families who will miss beloved "Uncle Pete".
Visiting hours will be Sunday Nov. 18th from 2 – 5PM. A funeral mass will be held on Monday Nov. 19th at 9:30AM. Please visit www.carmonfuneralhome.com for service details and donations.
