Please accept our condolences on Ray' passing. I served with Ray at Quantico in the 1960"s and have kept in touch by cards with letters since then. I will sadly miss him. My family and I visited with him at his home in 1969 and he came to visit us later on.

Sorry to hear of Ray's passing, I served with him at Quantico in 1961 and 1962 and kept in touch by Christmas card every year. He visited my family in California in the late 60s and spent a couple days with us, recuperating from a sore knee he received after hiking down into the Grand Canyon. He will be missed. Please accept my condolences on behalf of myself and my family. Ray was my 2nd cousin on my Mother’s side, Carol (Hanney) Nelson. Ray made a point of attending my Mothers funeral and her sisters funeral in Clinton. His thoughtfulness and kindness will not be forgotten and I will remember Ray in my prayers
