To the Best family,
I worked with Bob through the years at City Hall and he was a very nice man. In the early mornings at City Hall you would always know when Bob was around because you could here him whistling or singing and you could smell the auroma of his pipe.
He has given me a call just about once a month since he retired just to say hello and to see how things were going. Just so you know I looked forward to his calls and certainly am going to miss them.
My prayers and thoughts are with you at this sad time.
