Not sure what to say?

May 7, 2020

For over 50 years, Bob Molt has been one of a handful of my best friends. From our first meeting in the Fall of 1967 as University of Arizona teammates, serving as members of the New England PGA Section, and with frequent phone contact until late last year, Bob has always been a source of information, encouragement, support, humor, and fond memories. Bob will be remembered by me as a faithful and supportive friend, a man of superior intelligence and resourcefulness, and a surprisingly fine athlete. In his family, young men and women he coached and mentored, and those with whom he worked and played, he leaves a legacy of which anyone would be proud. I am particularly proud to have called him my friend.

Dear Mrs. Molt and the Molt family

Please accept our sincere condolences on the passing of Bob.

I had the distinct pleasure of knowing Bob as my Coach, teacher, boss, mentor and friend for many years.

He was terrific man who imparted many life lessons as a coach concerning competitiveness, perseverance and respect for the game.
I speak for scores of Crusader golfers who look fondly on our time with the Holy Cross golf team and even more affectionately at time spent under his tutelage. His booming laugh resounds in our hearts.

We thank you for sharing him with us for so many years and extend our prayers to you at this time,

Heartfelt condolences,

Jimmy & Lucia O'Keefe

Krys, Alicia & Bobby,

I am so sorry to hear about Bob...one of my dearest friends ever! From caddying together as kids, playing in tournaments from New England to Florida, traveling together in South Africa and spending time together at the range, he had such an impact on me both as a player and a person. I am forever grateful and lucky to have around him for so long. The things he did for people, that many do not know about, are countless. You 3 were the world to him...Karyn & I send the best of thoughts to you all.

Much love,
