Ruth Keller Obituary

Ruth C. Keller, 84, of Westborough, died on Friday, May 27, 2011 in St. Vincent Hospital at the Worcester Medical Center. She was the wife of the late John H. Keller.

Born in Boston, she was the daughter of the late John and Lillian (Larkin) Murray. She attended Boston schools and graduated from Girls High School in 1944.

Mrs. Keller was employed as the head housekeeper at Beaumont Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center for 25 years retiring in 2007. She was a communicant of St. Luke the Evangelist Church and was an avid knitter and enjoyed sewing.

She is survived by her three daughters, Kathleen A. Fleming of Londonderry, NH, Maureen K. Hebert and her husband, Gary, of Shrewsbury and Patricia A. Keller and her husband, Hannu Pulli, of Westborough; one sister, Eleanor Flinkfelt of Saugus; four grandchildren, Angharad Keller, Hillary Keller, Duncan Fleming and Kari Pulli.

Ruth was predeceased by 15 brothers and sisters.

Her funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, June 1 at 10:30 A.M. in St. Luke the Evangelist Church, 70 West Main St., Westborough. Burial will follow in St. Luke's Cemetery.

Calling hours at the Rand-Harper-Pickering Westborough Funeral Home, 62 West Main St., are Tuesday, May 31 from 4 to 7 P.M.

Donations in her memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
