Scott F. White, 53

Oxford - Scott F. White, 53, of Walters Drive, died on Wednesday, January 20, 2021. He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Rebecca M. (Sioui) White of Oxford; two sons, Zachary S. White and Joel S. White, both of Oxford; his mother, Rita (Collette) White of Millbury; his sister, April Bourgeois, his father-in-law, Richard Sioui of Hubbardston; and 17 nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by his brother, Wilburn White; and his mother-in-law, Mary Ann Sioui. He was born in Worcester, son of the late Wilburn White, and lived in Oxford since 2004. He graduated from South High School in Worcester in 1985 and received his bachelor's degree from Southern New Hampshire University in 1989.

Mr. White was the food service director at Marianapolis Preparatory School in Thompson, where he worked for 5 years. Previously he was the executive chef at Golden Lamb Buttery in Brooklyn, Bergson's 1790 House in Westboro for 15 years and food service director at Southgate Retirement Community in Shrewsbury for 12 years. He was a New England Patriots fan and was an avid golfer. He had a great love of all animals, and leaves behind his beloved dogs Koda and Penny. He was a devoted family man and loved his two sons more than anything else.

A funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, January 28 at St. Mark's Church, 356 Boston Post Rd., Sutton. Capacity restrictions are in place at the church and we appreciate your understanding as seating must be available to his family first, though we anticipate enough room for those who wish to attend. Burial will follow in Sutton, MA. Calling hours are held at Paradis-Givner Funeral Home, 357 Main St., Oxford on Wednesday, January 27 from 5-8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Zachary and Joel White College Fund, c/o Savers Bank, 38 Auburn St., Auburn, MA 01501.
