Southbridge/Maggie Valley, NC - Susan D. (Grzembski) Dune, 56, died Sunday, March 27, 2016, at home after a long illness. She is survived by 3 sisters, Pauline Foskett of Southbridge, Elaine J. Sansoucy of Southbridge, and Karen Miller of Southbridge, a nephew Dan Foskett, and 4 nieces, Bonnie (Asselin) Materas Tracy (Asselin) Cafaro, Kristen (Asselin) Olszewski, and Lynn Foskett Purcell. She also leaves 4 grandnieces and 6 grandnephews. She was predeceased by her sister Joan A. (Grzembski) Garvie who died in 2003.
She was born November 17, 1959, in Southbridge, daughter of the late Stanley and Emeria (Richard) Grzembski and lived here many years before moving to Florida (1981), and later to Maggie Valley where she has lived for the past 25 years. She graduated from Southbridge High School Class of 1977. She retired from Haywood County Department of Social Services, and previously worked for the US Postal Service.
