HOLLADAY, Billy, Master Chief U. S. Navy Ret. Age 77 of Scottsboro, AL & Rome Community native; October 20, 2011 at his home; 1953 graduate of Smith County High School, U. S. Navy military service of 21 years & 20 years Navy Civil Service; member Mountain View Baptist Church in Scottsboro. Preceded in death by wife of 48 years & the mother of his children, Lucy Holland Holladay; parents, Fred & Annie Stevens Holladay Survived by wife of four years, Patricia Cook Holladay; children, Mark Holladay & wife Nanette of Waleska, GA, Karen Hill & husband Robbie of Gray, GA, Dawn Trout & husband Steve of Cocoa Beach, FL, Robin Holladay of Seattle, WA, Shawn Holladay and wife Evon of Denver, CO; sisters, Sue Langevin of Rockwell, NC, Sandra Walker of Rockledge, FL; 5 grandchildren & 1 great-grandchild. Services 11 a.m. Monday October 24th Carthage Chapel of Sanderson Funeral Home with Mark Miller officiating. Pallbearers, United States Navy. Interment with full military honors in Wilson County Memorial Park. Visitation, Sunday, 2 p.m. - 6 p.m. & Monday after 10 a.m. at SANDERSON OF CARTHAGE, 615-735-2118. www.sandersonfh.com
