Connie Cothron Obituary

COTHRON, Connie CunninghamAge 50 of Springfield, died Tuesday April 7, 2009. Connie was affiliated with her family's automotive businesses her entire life, and worked in the office at Cunningham Motors in Springfield. Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 1 p.m., at the Robertson County Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Dixon Springs Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday at the funeral home from 3-8 p.m., and again on Friday from 11 a.m. until service time at 1 p.m. Survivors include her husband, Calvin Cothron of Springfield; sons, Chad Cothron of Cedar Hill and Eric (Jenna) Cothron of Springfield; father, H.B. Cunningham of Hartsville; brothers, Tony (Pam) Cunningham of Hartsville and Mark (Diane) Cunningham of Lebanon; grandchildren, Miller and Miles Cothron and father-in-law, J.C. Cothron of Lafayette. Preceding her in death was her mother, Mary Gregory Cunningham and grandmother, Pearl Gregory. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association, all donations may be sent in care of the ROBERTSON COUNTY FUNERAL HOME, (615) 384-0036.

I am sad to hear of Connie's passing. Although I had not seen her in several years, I still remember the fun that we had at cheerleading camp when we were in high school. She was a wonderful person. Your family will be in my prayers.
