Franklin - Age 61, passed 4/11/2018.

Howard was the son of the late Tom Will Scruggs and Sarah Louise Dobbins Scruggs.

Survived by 6 sisters, Ida L. (Frank) Ridley, Annette Williams, Lillian S.(Rev.George) Ridley, Delores (George) Patton, Josephine (Randall) Walden, and Bessie (Ronald) Harris; 3 brothers,Tom W. (Sarah) Scruggs Jr., David L. (Frances) Scruggs, Columbus (Tametre)Scruggs; Aunts, Rosetta Scruggs, Dora Lee Leach and Thelma Gosey; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The body will lie in state Wednesday, April 18, 2018 2-7 pm at Roundtree, Napier and Ogilvie Franklin Funeral Home.

Visitation with the family Thursday, April 19, 12-1 pm at Green Street Church of God with funeral to follow.
