John Griscom Obituary
Was born in Nashville, TN on December 30,1929. He passed peacefully at his home in Florida Sunday, February 2, 2020 at the age of 90. A graduate of Montgomery Bell Academy, Vanderbilt University, and Vanderbilt Medical School, he practiced internal medicine in private practice until joining the Frist Clinic where he finished up his career. He enjoyed playing golf and was an avid bridge player winning a National Championship and many Regional wins.
He is survived by his wife Vivian Griscom of 35 years, his 4 children, and nine grandchildren. A memorial service will be held February 7, 2020 at Boca Raton Community Church at 2:00pm. In lieu flowers, memorial donations may be made to Trustbridge Hospice, 1531 W. Palmetto Park Road, Boca Raton, Florida 33486.
