Thinking of you, Karen, and John tonight as I reflect on John's quiet smile, his kind heart and spirit. Remembering his strength as he fought so hard for so long. He certainly was a fighter! I miss his jokes and his laugh. My heart is always with you, Karen. I 'll always love and remember him. - Belinda

John was such a fighter against the terrible disease of cancer. He never once felt sorry for himself and always had a big smile and hug for me every time I saw him. He was such a hero in my eyes.

We always appreciated the quite strength that John displayed whenever we saw him. His humor, honesty, and unfailing sunny disposition despite the circumstances will be missed by many of us in his church family and community.
