Linda England, age 67 of Lebanon, TN, died July 22, 2014.
Ms. England was a graduate of Isaac Litton High School, where she was a part of the 1964 All-Nashville Basketball Team. She was a Professional Angler for 20 years and the all-time money winner and champion world-wide in women's bass fishing. Along with Fredda Lee, she opened the door for other women to be able to compete in B.A.S.S. Tournaments. She and Fredda were authors of a book titled BASS ON THE LINE; they did a segment on Channel 4 with Rudy Kalis called "Fishing Tips" and had their own Television show called "On the Line with Linda England and Fredda Lee." Later, Linda became a realtor with Twin Teams Properties, where she was a multimillion dollar real estate producer. She was the daughter of the late Mason and Frankie Malone Pearl.
She is survived by wife, Fredda Lee, and a loving family.
Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Saturday, July 26, 2014 at Bond Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Spring Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Friday and one hour prior to service time Saturday at Bond Memorial Chapel, N. Mt. Juliet Road and Weston Drive, Mt. Juliet, TN; 615-773-2663. Obit line: 615-641-2663, www.bondmemorial.com.

My great aunt Linda, around as long as I can remember, married to my grandmother's sister. She gave love and comfort to my oldest child the last holiday visit I saw her. This woman was amazing. If you knew her, your life has been blessed.

I am so sad to hear of Linda's passing. Linda was a great person and a true ambassador for women bass fishing. As a team she and Fredda brought alot of recognition to womens bass fishing. They made a great team. Fredda my prayers are with you. You and Linda will fish again one day. God Bless you and be with you during this time.

Linda and I shared many good times at Litton on the basketball court and at those crazy slumber parties we had . Such fond memories of such a long time ago with such a dear friend and real go-getter. My sincere condolences to her family.
