Lisa STONE Obituary

STONE, Lisa KruegerAge 48 of Signal Mountain, TN, went home to Heaven on July 23, 2012 after a gallant fight with cancer. Lisa is survived by her son, William Bryan (Trey) Stone III, and, her husband, William Bryan (Bill) Stone II; her parents, Larry and Marilyn Krueger, Henderson, NV; brother, Jonathan Krueger, Los Angeles, CA; her parents-in-law, Bryan and Ann Stone, Rainbow City, AL, and brother-in-law, John Stone, Rainbow City, AL. Lisa was welcomed to Heaven by her grandparents, Julius and Bertha Krueger, and Charles and Travis Scott. A native of Tullahoma, TN, Mrs. Stone was a graduate of Tullahoma High School and MTSU, where she was a member of Alpha Delta Pi. Lisa was a member of Signal Mountain Presbyterian Church, where she was a member of the Sanctuary Choir, and formerly of Brentwood Baptist Church, where she taught children's choir and Sunday School classes for over 12 years. A celebration of Lisa's life will be held at the Signal Mountain Presbyterian Church sanctuary, Saturday, July 28th at 2 p.m. EDT. In lieu of flowers, please consider memorial donations to the Lisa K. Stone Memorial Scholarship Fund for William Bryan (Trey) Stone III, Family Savings Credit Union, 711 East Meighan Blvd., Gadsden, AL 35903; the Lisa K. Stone Memorial Alumni Scholar Endowment, c/o AU Foundation, 317 South College St., Auburn, AL 36849; or the Sanctuary Choir, Signal Mountain Presbyterian Church.
