A man full of life, Rhea Emory Little, Jr., is now living in His Lord's glorious presence! He was a man of faith, courage, strength and love!
Survived by his wife of 55 years, Judy, two sons, Rhea Little, III (Marie) and Shane Little (Phil Cooper), and the joy of his life, his two granddaughters, Grace Little Engle (Brad) and Abigail Rhea Little.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Rhea Little, Sr. and Frances Little, two brothers, Joe and Leroy and sister, Gayland. He is survived by his brother Don. He was blessed to be surrounded by a large family of aunts, uncles, cousins, and numerous wonderful friends.
Having established and operated a business for 53 years he influenced many lives. Pall bearers: Jody Thompson, Ben Little, Houston Little, Charlie Little, Clellon Loveall, Don Little, Gary Couser, Daniel Couser, and Michael Zongor.
The family would like to thank the staff and doctors of Vanderbilt Hospital. Charitable contributions may be made in his memory to the Nashville Rescue Mission; https://nashvillerescuemission.org/donate/ or to Vanderbilt Cancer Research; http://www.vicc.org/about/help/.
God, by His grace blessed us with a wonderful Husband, Father, Pop, Uncle, Cousin, Employer and True Friend to so many that his life touched and touches. We love you and we know that you loved all of us and your great legacy will live here on earth and in eternity!
The family will receive friends on Monday, September 12, 2016 from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home where a celebration of Rhea's life will be conducted on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at 11:00 am with an hour visitation prior to service.

The Little family is not little in Brentwood. You are among the originals, and your family embodies belief in community and kindness. Rhea Jr. was a gentle man, a thoughtful and kind soul. He will be remembered fondly, and I know the family will carry on his legacy.

I only heard of this today, and was very saddened. Rhea was always such a pleasure to deal with at the auto shop - and he ran a place where one always knew they got honest work with highest quality - and delivered with a smile. He was truly a gentleman in all respects, and will be missed.
