Robert Hagar Obituary

HAGAR, Robert CurtisAge 89 of Hermitage, TN, died July 10, 2008. Mr. Hagar was a member of New Hope Church and was a WWII veteran. He was the son of the late Thomas E. Hagar and Annie Sue Wingler Hagar. Mr. Hagar was also preceded in death by his brothers, Wray Hagar and Walter Hagar. He is survived by wife, Anna Marie Paluga Hagar; sons, Steve (Julia) Hagar, Roy (Elaine) Hagar and William L. "Bill" Hagar; daughters, Barbara (Eddie) Putty and Betty Tyson; sisters, Madge Self and Gladys George; grandchildren, Elizabeth Hagar, Samatha Hagar, Tiffany Hagar, Stephanie Hagar, Patty Tyson, Joey Tyson, Amy Putty and Ricky Putty and 10 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted 10 a.m. Monday, July 14, 2008 at Bond Memorial Chapel, with Bro. David Shannon. Interment will follow at Binkley-Hagar-Steele Cemetery. Family and friends will serve as Active Pallbearers. Visitation will be 2-6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, at BOND MEMORIAL, N. Mt. Juliet Road and Weston Drive, Mt.
