HAYNES, Thomas "Tommy" Howard, Age 68 of Old Hickory, TN passed away on Oct. 11, 2017

He is preceded in death by his parents, Leona E. & Howard H. Haynes; brother, George M. Bullock.

Survived by his wife, Sharon Ozment Haynes; daughters, Peggy (Bobby Jr.) West of Tecumseh, OK, Sandra (Eric) Sears-Wiley of Old Hickory, Lena (Wayne) Veasey of Lebanon; brother, Jerry Don (Aline) Bullock of Hendersonville; sister-in-law, Nancy Bullock of Old Hickory; 9 grandchildren, including Shalyn Sears of White House & Brooklyn Wiley of Old Hickory who were his "Special Ones"; 3 great-grandchildren with 1 on the way & 9 nieces & nephews.

Tommy worked at Crescent Bowling Co. for 35 years and they treated him more like family than an employee. In the 70's he drove the firetruck for the Donelson Fire Dept. and was also a Car Host for the TN Central Railway Museum. He loved kids and loved what the Shriners did for them. So in lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in his name to the Shriners Hospitals for Children, www.shrinershospitalsforchil dren.org/donate.

Visitation will be at Phillips-Robinson Funeral Home, Hadley Chapel, 1700 Hadley Ave in Old Hickory, TN on Sunday, October 15 from 2pm-7pm and again on Monday, October 16 from 10am until the start of our service at 12pm in our chapel. Interment immediately following at Hermitage Memorial Gardens in Hermitage, TN.

His family and friends will serve as Pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are, Bob, Robert and David Baulch.
