My name is Frederick Babb, I served with Briscoe for over 2yrs. CAMP LEJEUNE until my discharge May.1971. We worked at the Enlistment Men's club and he Briscoe was in training to become a Mgr. of that facility.
Not to long after that we lost contact. I am sorry that he has left us so soon. Briscoe was a great guy, I wish him fair winds and a following sea. SEMPER-FI
